Install Appium on CentOS 7

• Refer this guide, install Node.js and npm.
• If you following this guide immediately, Appium install will fail caused by EACCES. So refer this guide for reinstall nvm forcibly.
• Relogin.
• Reinstall npm and Node.js by nvm, command: "nvm install node".
• Now you can install Appium without error.
